We are delighted to re-open our home again to guests after a difficult few months for us all. At all times we want to keep our approach simple and welcoming, but always remembering that we all have a responsibility to keep each other safe. We would like to remain open and so the following aims to protect us and our guests.
We will be opening 2 rooms instead of 3 to minimise the number of guests in the house. This will be until September and will be reviewed.
Staggered check-in – should groups arrive at the same time we might ask you to wait while the others get to their room.
Rooms will have their breakfast in different places with a simplified breakfast offered. We have purchased a table for guests in the Mill Room to have breakfast in their room and the Blue Room will be in the dining room.
Extra cleaning during the day of high traffic hard surfaces, such as hand rails, door knobs, light switches etc
1.5 – 2m distancing where possible
Deep room cleaning between guests following government protocol
Items such as leaflets and magazines will not be available.
Contact details from all guests for track and trace purposes (will be destroyed after 21 days)
Anti-bacterial soap will be in the rooms and hand sanitiser around the house
We would respectfully ask that if you have knowingly been in contact with someone who has symptoms or has contracted COVID-19 in the 14 days before your stay, or indeed if you have symptoms, that you do not come and stay – this will protect us and any other guests who may be staying at the same time as you. We will rearrange the dates of your stay or if this is not possible a refund of your deposit.
